Nice little food hall. Plenty of seating and condiments. Lots of options such as burgers, pasta, pizza, caffe, sushi, noodles and sandwiches. We got burgers at Bobby’s burgers and pasta at the pizza bar. Both were really good. The burger was on the smaller size. I build my own pasta and was surprised how creamy and nutty the pesto sauce was and they did not skimp on grilled chicken. I would pass on the pizza and walk to the other end to get Pizza Cake.

Not much to look at can grab food from a few different resturants. The best is the noodle bar. The fried rice is the best on the strip about 30$ a person but enough we share and still have left over. If you like spicy ask for it spicy the jalapeño peppers just make it that much better. No liquor but the bar from casino is right there so no worries if you need a drink.

This is probably one of the most beautiful foot court. Now they have Fulton Cafe offering breakfast from 6am to 1pm. Phenomenal. Service with various choices for convention guests and hotel guests if you are nearby. The fried chicken steak platter with gravy, 2 eggs your choice and hash browns is really good. They also have really good smoothie made to order and coffee (mocha, latte, cappuccino, etc) We loved the French toast, and the mango peach oat is certainly a good option if you go for healthy and unsweetened diet. Their OJ is freshly squeezed with no ice and no sugar.

Love the Noodle Bar in Harrah’s is our all time favorite! You can’t beat the fried rice here! Always fresh and plenty of portions. Yes, bit pricey but well worth it. I used my Caesar’s reward credit and paid $11 for a meal for two. Can’t go wrong here.

Was expecting a little more from Bobby Flay. The fries were a little undercooked. The burger was just ok. I know for Vegas prices this was more so on the cheap side, but the quality could have been better for what you pay. The staff is very friendly and helped with the menu. I would go back more for the staff than the burger and fries.

Had breakfast here while attending the 2026 Generac Dealer Conference. Great food and great service. I had the chicken fried steak for breakfast. My only complaint would be that I had to breathe in cigarette smoke from the casino while I'm eating my breakfast.

Burgers were flavorful, onion rings were huge, and the sweet potato fries could use more seasoning. Not all the locations in the Fulton St Food Hall were open, so only options were burgers, pizza, or dessert, but the staff was friendly. I would be interested in trying the Mexican and Asian options in the future.

Had breakfast at the Fulton Cafe... very nice addition to Harrah's (wish the Cafe was open for lunch too!) We split the breakfast burrito & had mimosas. Burrito was tasty and filling. Amy, our server, was polite, efficient & friendly. We will be returning often when we are on our Staycations!
